  4. 5. INTRODUCTION <ul><li>Personality concerns the most important, most noticeable parts of an individual's psychological life. Personality concerns whether a person is happy or sad, energetic or apathetic, smart or dull. Over the years, many different definitions have been proposed for personality. Most of the definitions refer to a mental system .Its a collection of psychological parts including motives, emotions, and thoughts. The definitions vary a bit as to what those parts might be, but they come down to the idea that personality involves a pattern or global operation of mental systems. </li></ul>

Then I realised and I took step to overcome my problem </li></ul><ul><li>Learning and knowledge . </li></ul><ul><li>I learn a lot but never put it into existence. I realized to unlearn and relearn what I have learn wrongly. </li></ul>

  12. 13. Visiting of the orphanage home <ul><li>On 28.6.2009 we a group of members went to Anbalayam in Vadavalli at Coimbatore. Its an orphanage with 70 members owned by Mr. Damodaran & Mrs. Srikala Damodaran. We had a nice day at the place. The day started by providing breakfast to people there and then we interviewed Mrs. Srikala about the orphanage . There were also competition like song , dance , musical chair where conducted and prizes where distributed . We also gave them gifts we ended the day be having lunch with them. </li></ul>
  13. 14. The boy I interviewed <ul><li>Sridhar a boy of 15 years old is the boy I interviewed. He is studying 10 th standard in Government Higher secondary school in Vadavalli. Being with many sorrows he has the faith to face the world. His aim is to become a teacher and to teach children about what he knows. He said that we all are Gods children. A boy of many mental defection does not shows his sorrows had the faith with confident and with positive ambition. </li></ul>

  15. 16. <ul><li>The biggest sorrow that this boy has faced is , his parents . His father lived him and his mother at the age of 10 . Then his father led second marriage. His mother led him for 2 years then she took Sridhar to orphanage home and she also done second marriage. He cares for it but he is in good faith and positive ambition </li></ul><ul><li>At this age being a solo performer in the in the competitive world getting along with different characterized people from different background is a challenge to him, Which teach him some personality factors like team work ,Adjustability ,Attitude, Etc…. Are feeded to him and it will help him to Achieve Greatest. </li></ul>
  16. 17. <ul><li>Even though he has some strength he also has his own Weakness, the greatest Weakness that can affect his Future is Motivation, Empathy, Communication. His Communication & General Knowledge has to be improved. Since he have no exposure to the outer world he may be lacking in his general knowledge which can be easily inserted to him by making him to read more books. Though he is in a group of different people is not empathetic. </li></ul>

I was emotionally disturbed by seeing the people in the orphanage . Which made me to take time to get along with the persons there but Keerthana controlled her emotions and fast in getting along with them. Naveen Gilbert : Naveen Gilbert was technically silled . When we had some barriers I was quiet upset and was blank .but he convinced me and concentrated to do the next alternative.
  25. 29. Priyadharshini : Priyadharshini was the main reason for our successful activity. She organized the agenda of the day. Krisnnaveni : Krisnnaveni handled some inconvenient situation intelligently. Where I lacked behind.

He also plays with his friends in the orphanage home . He is the child of God . His character has been changed and now he is very happy. This set encompass a wide scope of activities, and these include planning, allocating, setting goals, delegation, analysis of time spent, monitoring, organizing, scheduling, and prioritizing. Initially time management referred to just business or work activities, but eventually the term broadened to include personal activities also. </li></ul>

It teaches you how to manage your time effectively and make the most of it. </li></ul><ul><li>Time is a special resource that you cannot store or save for later use. When I talk to an adult I should be in adult transaction. When I talk to a elder person I should be adult and to a child it should caring where parental suits. if there is cross transaction it would hard to swot the people there. </li></ul>
