6. 6. Pilots Development
The Pilots in Luleå and Helsinki are well on schedule and in full compliance of the LL methodology.
The LL Methodology has been co-created in each pilot with the involvement of the end users and shared with the other Pilots.
The Lisbon Pilot gradually adopted the LL methodology replacing their usually more technological oriented methodology.
Leiden and Manchester Pilots need to advance with the LL methodology and work more closely with their users in order to recover the schedule. Since the Project M3 both pilots has been showing progressive advance and commitment to align with other pilots progress.
