  7. 7. CurrentSituation<br />Energy Usage:<br />Electricity: 865379 kWh<br />Gas: 154239 nm3<br />Energy Auditperformed in 2007 resulted in numeroustechnicalsolutionsforenergy efficiency.<br />Due to monumental status, most physicalchanges to the building are notallowed!<br />
