Deeply concerned about the menace of smoking among some of their peers, students in Govt Boys Primary School, Balawari, Pishin pledged to support two youngsters in particular who they had often observed engaging in this terrible habit. Following their research about the disadvantages of smoking, students informally engaged these two youngsters in conversation about breaking this habit followed by conversations with their families from where this habit was being acquired in the first place. Students also brought these youngsters to enroll in school which has resulted in their regular attendance and distance from smoking as well.
