1. Q: Can I take any of the phases together?
A: Yes!
(1) Phase I and Phase II can be taken together.
(2) Phase II and Phase III can be taken together.

A: No, it does not. Just all natural ingredients. (In my experience- Please stay away from caffeine as

Q: Do I have to exercise?
