  6. 6. The cost of trying is minimal.
  7. 7. User experience becomes messy.
  8. 8. Consumer rights become challenging.
  9. 9. There are technical limitations.
  10. 10. What does it mean to track the work done?
  11. 11. The dream of better team productivity.
  12. 12. Some things you might not want to track.
  13. 13. Some things are difficult to care for long term.
  14. 14. Always on, but what for?
  15. 15. We rarely track externalities.
  16. 16. Some problems don’t need live data collection.
  17. 17. Some problems create other problems.
  18. 18. Some problems need open data.
  19. 19. Some problems need less data and more trust.
  20. 20. Data only works when it is understood.
  21. 21. Data is only one many complex factors.
  22. 22. Does it make for better work?
  23. 23. Social contract and real contracts.
  24. 24. Real leadership also means going beyond data.
  25. 25. And knowing when to say stop.
  26. 26. Think about what you want to collect and the means of collection. Engage with your employees. Consider externalities.
