  1. 1. The Greek cuisine is famous worldwide for its taste, its variety, and wholesomeness, since the Mediterranean cuisine is generally considered the mosthygiene of all. The basis of Greek cuisine is olive oil, bread, cereals, dairy products, vegetables, legumes, honey, fish and meats such as goat, lamb and pork. In Greek food you will taste many spices andherbs, but used sparingly so as not to cover the taste of vegetables or meat, such as oregano, mint, garlic, dill, parsley, bayleaf, basil, thyme, cinnamon, clove, rosemar y, nutmeg and saffron. You will also find a variety of wines, due to high production of grapes in Greece.
  2. 2.  Recipe Ingredients: Courgettes: 1 kilogram (little tender) Coarsely chopped carrots: 2 small ones. Cut thin slices of onion: 1 small one Coarsely slice of cheese: 100 grams. Lemon juice: half a lemon Salt and pepper: as you like Olive oil: 4 tbsp Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons (optional)
  3. 3.  Recipe Ingredients: Tender green beans: 500 grams. Tomatoes: 500 g. (Or cherry tomatoes) Cut slices of onion: 1 medium Kalamata Olives: 1/2 cup (pitted) Coarsely slice: 1/2 cup Grated Garlic: 1 clove Vinegar: 2 tablespoons Olive Oil: 1/2 cup Salt and pepper: as you like Oregano: 1/2 teaspoon
  4. 4.  Recipe Ingredients: Cut chicken portions: about 1400 gr. Olive Oil: 1/2 cup Chopped onion: 1 medium Chopped Garlic: 2 cloves Concentrated tomato juice: 400 g. Peas: 400 g. (fresh or frozen) Okra: 400 g. (fresh or frozen) Salt and pepper: as you like Sugar: 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (depending on how sour the tomato)
  5. 5. Materials 500 gr. ground beef 2 cloves garlic, mashed ½ cup. Tea breadcrumbs 4 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper ½ teaspoon cumin powder Oil for frying for sauce 700 gr. tomatoes peeled and mashed 5 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper 1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe Ingredients: Olive Oil: 1/3 cup Chopped onion: 1 medium Chopped Garlic: 2 cloves Chopped Carrot: 1 medium Chopped celery: 2 sprigs Chopped mushrooms: 4 large Cut small cubes Potato: 1 medium Thin lentils: 200 g. Chopped tomatoes: 1 tin of 400 gr. Rice: 1/2 cup (peel) Salt and pepper: 1/2 cup (peel) Daphne: 2 sheets Water: 3 to 4 cups
  7. 7. What we need: 1/2 pound of beans (soaked) 1 bunch parsley 2 Tomatoes Conn 1 cassette box 2 tbsp sugar 1k.s. paste breadcrumbs olive oil salt 1 pepper
