Government      vs            People                   Perspectives <ul><li>  Internet providers that support the Telecoms Package believe it will enhance innovation and consumer benefits for a strong, efficient framework in the digital economy that would be future-proof for European Telecommunications. </li></ul><ul><li>Europe as a society, would not want to be limited by what they can do online. </li></ul><ul><li>Network freedom is what makes the internet the most resourceful and powerful means of communication today.  </li></ul><ul><li>&quot;IF IT AINT BROKE, DONT FIX IT&quot; </li></ul>
  4. 5.                  Net Congestion <ul><li>Internet is Facing congestion concerns, because of Internet users that use sites such as Google, Yahoo, and Online games that generate massive traffic.  </li></ul><ul><li>    Do we need the Government to interfere with the internet to insure fairness among the web? </li></ul><ul><li>                                    OR... </li></ul><ul><li>    Is the Government using Internet congestion as another excuse to control another part of society? </li></ul>
  5. 7.                Telecoms Package <ul><li>Internet Service providers would sell Internet packages similar to television packages such as HBO,Cinemax, NFL Access, etc. which would include websites that would be within your particular package.  </li></ul>
