CHAPTER TEN1. Do you exercise? - I don’t have time to exercise, but I try to eat healthy. Next term I am going to take Aerobics Class and I think is going to help me feel better with myself.2. Why is exercise important? - Exercise is important because help prevent diseases and reduce the risks of fatal diseases. Improves quality life, exercise reduces stress and helps you sleep better. I think students in college should exercise more; having a healthy body decreases the possibilities to get distracted.3. Why is good mental health important? - Its not whats on the outside that counts its whats on the inside. If you feel comfortable with your body (fat, short, tall, and skinny) and you have good thoughts you are going to be a better person. The percentage of girls suffering from anorexia and bulimia is increasing, this diseases end up killing these girls that think they look fat even though they are super skinny. Be aware the symptoms of depression, always have in mind there is always a person in the world who suffers more than you do.
