Nathaniel Ferguson– Pacific Islands Bible
College
Nathaniel and Rachel Ferguson have been working
with the Pacific Islands Bible College [PIBC] since
January of this year. Currently they are living in Forest
Park, GA near their overseeing congregation, the
Forest Park Church of Christ. They are in the midst of
raising support, getting closer to meeting their goal.
Nathaniel has plans to leave in August of this year on a
trip to Saipan to teach a PIBC class on Isaiah through Daniel. While restrictions are tight
due to the pandemic it is a great blessing that he is able to go work with the brethren in the
Pacific. Please keep their family in your prayers.
Joey Treat– Pacific Islands
Joey and Tammy Treat and their family are working
in the Pacific Islands.
The work in Guam, Palau and Chuuk in Micronesia
is going well. Palau and Chuuk's borders have been
completely closed for over a year due to COVID, but
we have stayed in constant communication over
Facebook. The brethren are faithfully holding the
worship services and keeping the candlestick
alive. We have sent sermon books, provided some
food for brethren who are out of work and kept our hand on the pulse of the churches.
In Guam, the brethren have been in and out of various levels of restriction, but are wor-
shipping at the building again and having lots of visitors. Attendance is strong and spirits
are high. The pandemic has been good for the church in Guam in terms of contacts with
visitors. Every cloud has a silver lining.
The Treat family is doing well and keeping busy with serving the brethren and with con-
tacts outside of the church. We miss you all at Deerfoot and look forward to seeing you
when we can!
