What can we do about it.. <ul><li>Pace yourself </li></ul><ul><li>Say No to unimportant </li></ul><ul><li>Ask your boss for flexible working hours </li></ul><ul><li>Keep a check on your health </li></ul><ul><li>Stop being a workaholic </li></ul><ul><li>Eat together at least on meal with your family. </li></ul><ul><li>Start having family nights </li></ul>

Why Do We Need Balancing? <ul><li>Humans are the only species in the world who can work and relax- might as well enjoy both the sides </li></ul><ul><li>Our brain can work for long hours but its scientifically proven that we need a break after every 8 hours. </li></ul><ul><li>Family and Friends ,The most important people should not suffer as they are the ones who will miss you the most when you die. </li></ul>
