3. Place glue around the edges of plywood, clean
up with damp cloth.
Place plywood up on top of the side that has
glue, and secure with wood screws.
This makes the bottom of the toy box.
4. Using your worktable, lying the lumber down, an
mark your spots.
Now you would began to drill were you marked
the holes or spots.
Next you would secure the pieces with the nails.
Now you would began to place all of the pieces
around the bottom part.
5. Now you would need to measure your side panel
at 36-inch sides, and drive the nail on each side
about 18 inches.
Repeat this step until all the sides are done.
6. Mark a line using a plywood as a guide.
Next preparing for the top.
Cut the center, make two parts to the round top
cover.
Then make your top and place it over the
bottom.
7. After dividing the two top part place the two
pieces together with the glue and wood nails.
Next you would let dry and sand until edges are
smooth.
Install the hinges to the top and to the bottom
Now toy box is completed.
8. Having a childcare center requires plenty of room therefore,
you would need to make as much room as possible, for the
little ones. Making a toy box so that all toys could be placed
inside, is as easy as 1-2-3 steps, however, you have to follow
direction. These simple direction could become very helpful
in many different way especially in saving you money by
doing it yourself.
