Our range of demulsifiers offer full phase separation of waste garage oils, slop and ballast fuels.
Treatment outcomes are designed to achieve the maximum yield of dry oil for recycling.
Reverse Demulsifiers are designed to separate oil emulsions into three phases:-
− For Recycling.
− Discharge to Consent.
− Land Fill.
Without the use of Reverse Demulsifiers disposal of waste oil-in-water emulsions would be
environmentally unfriendly and prohibitive in cost.
We have a wide range of waste oil treatment demulsifiers, reverse demulsifiers and dispersants.
We offer a free laboratory service to advise on the selection of the correct Demulsifiers appropriate to
the emulsion being treated.
WT 507 − Polishing agent to remove light oil in water [MSDS]

WT 1621 − Flocculant [MSDS]
Typical treatment dosages vary widely from 10ppm to 2000ppm depending upon the emulsions
Oil-in-water emulsions are treated at ambient temperature. For best results they should be added at a
point of high turbulance to guarantee complete dispersion within the treatment tank. After dosing all
dosing and pumping equipment should be switched off to allow phase separation to take place in a
turbulant free environment.
