Richard Warburton and I presented this talk at the recent London Java Community Mini-Conference, and encouraged participants to submit a proposal to the upcoming Devoxx UK conference (12-13 June 2014). Not only did we discuss the Devoxxian culture, but we also lifted the curtain on what happens behind the scenes of the conference, and shared a few trade secrets on how to get your talk accepted :-)
