AVID <ul><li>We believe AVID provides students with an experience that builds student’s organizational and study skills while also exposing them to enrichment and motivational activities that make college seem attainable. </li></ul><ul><li>AVID is available 9 th -12 th grade, with an emphasis at the 10 th grade. </li></ul>
  7. 7. International Baccalaureate (IB) <ul><li>WE ARE AN IB SCHOOL! </li></ul><ul><li>Beginning 2012-2013, every student takes a minimum of 1 IB course before graduating. </li></ul>
  8. 8. Contents: What does the Diploma Programme curriculum contain? The curriculum contains six subject groups and a core of three parts. Page <ul><li>three subjects at higher level (240 hours each). </li></ul><ul><li>three subjects at standard level (150 hours each). </li></ul><ul><li>all three parts of the core. </li></ul>The IB Learner Profile and the core are central to the philosophy of the Diploma Programme.
