  • Fantastic presentation! I loved all of the main points and even the comparison to a car. At the end of the day, company culture is one of the biggest factors in a company's success. Without it, the day to day operations of a startup is left with next to nothing. I think one of the most powerful slides you put in is of course number 42 where a company really needs both intrinsic and extrinsic motivators to build that positive and effective working environment.
