Before prospects make first contact with your company, they will pay a visit to your website. The buyer is in control and making your sales people dance like monkeys. The obvious danger here is if your website doesn't provide sufficient information, they hop on over to another company who gives them what they need.

Once they see that you potentially offer the product or type of product they are looking for, they then want some detail on that product. That's it! Show them an overview and some detailed product information. You don’t have to over deliver on content, just enough to motivate them to make contact with your company.
