  1. 1. Microwaves Are the radiation from microwaves detrimental for the human organism?
  2. 2. David2 Content • General definition of the microwaves • How do they harm the human organism? • How we can protect ourselves from microwaves? • Sources
  3. 3. David3 Definition • Microwaves are electromagnetical waves with a frequency of 300 GHz to 300 MHz • They have a wavelenght from 1mm to 1m
  4. 4. David4 Definition • Microwaves have the same physical behaviour/bearings as light • The velocity of propagation is the same as the speed of light • As all of the electromagnetical waves the microwaves transporting energy - In our case the microwaves transporting thermally energy • Depending on the molecular structure the microwaves can be reflected, absorbed or are able to irradiate the material
  5. 5. David5 Definition
  6. 6. David6 Definition: Proof of the behaviour of microwaves
  7. 7. David7 Prejudice on human • Microwaves are leading to heating of human tissue and cause irreparable damage • It may cause blindness • Microwaves penetrate several centimeter into the body and cause damage because of the immense heat
  8. 8. David8 Process of detriment • Because of the microwaves a high frequency alternating-current- field is created, which puts the the water moleculs of the radiated object into a high motion • 5 billions oscillations per second – heat is created
  9. 9. David9 How to protect yourselves? • When you are already contaminated by the microwaves – You are able to earth yourself which leads to a leakage of the microwaves → decrease in strength • In our model we have 2,8 and a microwave oven has a wavelenght of 0,12 – According to the frequency of our model is much lower than of a microwave which almost everyone is using in the household → not dangerous
  10. 10. David10 Other • They are several death in the USA, which are supposed to be caused by microwaves • Microwaves penetrate walls without any problems and can‘t be detected immidiantly on the own body
