  • @Robert Millard I was using the Culture eats strategy for lunch as a bit of a provocation on the slide - what I went on to say was that strategy is crucially important too, but actually getting the culture right is more important.   • "Culture eats strategy for lunch?" I agree .... but only if the two are not aligned (and frequently it is culture that needs to change - not strategy.) If culture does eat strategy then the organization dies anyway, too.
