These moves literally erase your saggy sides, for a
smokin’ hot bod!
FIT IN 6 MINUTES!
Perform these 4 SIMPLE steps for 6
minutes a day to shred the hard-to-reach
fat on your sides and tone your stomach!
Basic Isolation
Stand with your feet
slightly wider than
shoulder width, hands on
hips, abs pulled in.
Keeping your stomach
tight, shift your torso to
the left, pause for a
second, and then shift to
the right. Only your upper
body should move, not
your hips. This is one
rep. Do 25 and work up
to as many as you can!
Sit on the edge of a chair
with your left leg crossed.
Left 3 inches off the seat
and hold for a few seconds.
Pop up your left hip slightly;
the right side of your waist
will tighten.
Extend your left leg. Hold
for a second or two, and
return to start. That’s one
rep. Do 25, and repeat on
the other side
Sexy Leg Cross
Diagonal Isolation
Start in a basic isolation
with your upper body to
the left, abs tight
Shift your torso to the
right, lowering your chest
about 45 degrees. It’s
easy to let your stomach
hang here, so pull it in.
Shift back to start-that’s
one rep. Do at least 25,
switch sides.
Side Leg Left and Lean
Stand on your left leg,
right hand on your hip,
left hand on a chair.
Raise your right leg 45
degrees, knee bent. The
right side of your waist
will contract.
Step out 3 feet with your
right leg so it’s 45
degrees diagonally
behind you. Tighten your
abs and lean your torso
to the left—the right side
will tighten
