  • Welcome everyone to Link-Up Remind everyone of the three goals of Link-Up - Introduce everyone to Calvary - Connect everyone to a LIFEGroup - Provide the first step toward membership at Calvary OPENING COMMUNITY BUILDING ACTIVITY Pass out two cards to each person. Tell them that one card is for this activity and one is for later. On their card have them list their “favorite” in each of the following categories: — Superhero — Historical Figure — Teacher (that they have had) — Movie Character Once everyone is completed, go around having each person share their answers. If they are willing have them give a short explanation. Don’t be afraid to ask questions to draw them out a bit. Say Something Like: “ Last week we talked about Calvary’s three core beliefs. If you weren’t here, you can be part of that conversation again in a couple weeks. Today we are going to talk about the base level of Calvary’s DNA. Community.” Next Slide
