  3. 3.  Investor can make low to no- price changes and get large profits.  Here are a few key concepts to increase the value of your residence financial commitment.  How to raise the rents:  Many flats are not being leased at market value.  Actually, what you will find is that many flats (especially those handled by the entrepreneurs themselves) are leased for 10% – 20% below industry value to entice and keep renters long lasting.
