  17. 17. Customer Case Management • Enhancements, Defects and New Features are managed in JIRA • Viewing your case in JIRA will provide visibility into: • Status – is my case still open? Is it resolved in a particular release? etc. • Priority (trivial to blocker) - assigned priority by Pentaho’s triage team • Description – details of the request or reproduction path for defects • Fix Version – what release(s) is the case targeted to be resolved in • Open Source projects - JIRA cases can be tracked directly • Enterprise Edition projects – access to specific cases can be requested from support NOTE: ONLY Subscription customers are provided with maintenance (patch) releases© 2010, Pentaho.
