  2. 2. What products do they make?<br />L'Oreal is a large group and it’s the worlds most larges cosmetics and beauty company. They have over 500 products. <br />This brand concentrates on:<br /> Hair colour<br /> Skin care<br /> Sun protection<br />Make up<br />Perfumes <br />Hair care<br />
  3. 3. Products<br />L'Oreal got its start in the hair-colour business, but the company soon branched out into other cleansing and beauty products.<br />

How the products are presented?<br />L’Oreal is mainly used for the younger people like teenagers as most of their products involves make up which most teenagers like.<br />L'Oreal also targets their products to older women<br />Their slogan “because we’re worth it” shows that the product is a luxury product which suggests it is could be expensive.<br />L'Oreal's product, reached the top 100 brands of The Brand Trust Report published by Trust Research Advisory in India<br />

Controversies<br />The company has recently faced discrimination lawsuits in France related to the hiring of spokes models and Institutional racism. <br />In the UK, L'Oréal has faced widespread condemnation from OFCOM regarding truth in their advertising and marketing campaigns concerning the product performance of one of their mascara brands.<br />
  8. 8. Summary <br />In my opinion I think that L’Oreal has successfully created a brand identity as the adverts that present the products make them look more expensive. <br />
