COMMUNITY SHARES  Industrial & Provident Societies (community pubs, village shops)  Minimum investment £100  Investment eligible for 30% tax rebate (through Enterprise Investment Scheme).  Shares not transferable but withdrawable – CNL buys them back  1 member 1 vote  Shares must be held for minimum of 3 years  Aiming to pay a dividend of 4%

HOW YOU CAN HELP  Complete the survey  Spread the word with friends and neighbours  Join a group for your parish  Check the address data to make sure its accurate  Make an investment – with funds towards the costs of connecting up premises  Help to negotiate with landowners  Help lay some ducting

WHAT WE CAN DO  Provide fibre connections from cabinets on the railway  Technical support to advise on appropriate routes to reach the cabinet  Provide list of local contractors that can lay ducting  Blow fibre along your duct and connect you into the network  Provide the investment vehicle with tax rebates and a long term return with potential to withdraw share capital in the future
