In association with Ideaz event management team, who have been in the event industry for more than 9 years. Madhyamgram Saltlake Sonarpur</li></li></ul><li>Advertisement campaign <br />Advertisements (print, electronic media, Digital & outdoor) would be released to inform, educate & to participate.<br />Pre-Event Advertisement campaign - this is basically to enthuse participants and for sponsors benefit and also to snowball into informing the Bengal population at home and elsewhere - about the program.<br />Print advertisement would be given in the leading print publications of West Bengal, <br />Channel would promote the program and also we would be designing an interesting advertisement promo.<br />Mobile van(s) would make a round of the state (West Bengal), 7 days before the auditions starts and continue for 45 days to make the registration forms available to the public and hence promote the program<br />

Advertisement campaign <br />Radio partner- Red FM (Probable) – would also air quizzes and competitions for the promotion of the program.<br />Outdoor advertising in terms of hoarding, banners, road shows, leaflets, standees, kiosks etc. would also be the part of the campaign. <br />Regular press releases, Conferences will be issued/conducted to all forms of media to promote the program and ensure adequate press coverage<br />Mall promotion and housing complex promotions would also be done for providing mileage to the sponsors and create enthusiasm for the program<br />Internet marketing through all the popular social networking sites.<br />

Deliverables: Main sponsor<br />The program will be presented by the Title sponsor – XYZ presents ”Tiger Of Bengal”, <br />Hoarding space (20 x 10 ft ) in the ratio of – 1:16 to the sponsor.<br />Print ads to carry the sponsors LOGO.<br />Road show – for 45 days all around West Bengal – Sponsor branding. If required – Sampling, Product display, etc – can also be provided to the main sponsor.<br />Audition venues-(15) – Backdrop, Banners –nos 4, size – 6 * 3, Stall space.<br />Internet marketing- through social networking sites- ad videos to contain the composite LOGO of the sponsor.<br />Mall, Housing complexes, Colleges, etc promotion – backdrop, anchor announcements.<br />Shooting venues- Backdrop for anchors.<br />Anchor to make announcements in the episodes – at least twice each episode for 30 episodes.<br />
