3. Module Objectives
Acquire deeper understanding of the government system,
processes and development programs of the focus country.
Describe best practices in the delivery of focus country’s public
service programs including its public sector management and
development initiatives.
Appreciate the commonalities and differences of
relevant Philippine government systems, processes
and programs, including the preparedness for
future challenges, against those of the focus country.
4. Identify improvement opportunities (based on
lessons learned) in home institution’s system and
approach to public service delivery.
Establish congenial, professional
relationship with individual counterparts
from focus country and identify
mutually-beneficial, collaborative
opportunities of home institution with
specific institutions or sectors of the focus
country in the light of ASEAN
Integration.
