I have been the Global Head of eCommerce for Nespresso since 2009. I have more than 15 years of experience in the Digital Industry, both within Fortune 500 companies (Air France & Nestlé) and start-ups (Online Advertising & CRM). When starting in my current role, I took over a centrally managed online organisation of 7 people. It is now 500+ experts strong, operating through 40 countries, with sales from digital channels growing from millions to billions over this defining period.
