His work with collaborative organizations has led to important insights into partner management and governance renewal, particularly with community-based initiatives. He was a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Ottawa, teaching courses in the BCom, MBA and Public Management and Governance programs. He has been a team leader conducting action research and/or program evaluation for several regional initiatives, including the City of Ottawa's Regional Workforce Plan. His clients have included: the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, the City of Ottawa, the Health Promoting Schools Initiative, the Canadian Active After School Partnership and the National Ballet School.
