Want to know what customers are really experiencing when holiday shopping? We asked 450 males and females between the ages of 18-65 living in the United States both what they were experiencing and how they felt about some of those experiences.

The Holiday Shopping Experience: Customer’s Viewpoint 2014 was conducted on November 24, 2014 and revealed a number of interesting things about the holiday shopping experience.

What percent of people have seen a customer yell at a retail employee, have turned away from a store because of no parking, or had a holiday sale not honored when they got to the store? This study answers those questions and more.
