Today, you will havea brief meeting with your tour guide / group leader for more necessary information andtravel documents. (D)Day 02: Hanoi CityThis morning starts with a visit to Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and his house. Followed bya visit to Temple of Literature, the first National school and University that was builtfrom 11th century. Here you have chance to learn about Vietnamese history of cultureand civilization. Lunch and then continue your tour with a visit to Ethnology museum,Ngoc Son temple - a Jade on the Hoan Kiem Lake before taking a cyclo ride to aroundthe vibrant Hanoi’s Old Quarter for sightseeing and experiencing the hustle life stylehere. Start the day with Hanois celebrated noodle soup, Pho, and strolling aroundlocal market to learn about and taste some of the ingredients used in the local cuisine andto watch the buying and selling rituals of a Vietnamese market. Lunch at Hanoi’s mostfamous Cha Ca restaurant – the restaurant and its dish so famous that the street has thename after it. In the afternoon, you will attend the cooking demonstration for some ofVietnamese special dishes organized in KOTO restaurant. Free evening at your leisureand overnight in hotel. This afternoon, you will spend your timeto visit the Imperial Citadel, a huge work built by the last feudal dynasty of the countryand explore the ruin of the Purple Forbidden City. (B,L)Day 08: Hue - Hoi AnDepart Hue for a scenic drive along picturesque rice paddies, verdant mountains andspectacular beaches to Hoi An, the ancient town, one of Country’s World heritage. HoiAn used to be the call on the sea route between The East and The West and thecommercial town in the centre of Vietnam. The town is now well known among touristsas the big attraction with its charms, friendliness and a paradise for tailor shopping.This afternoon, you will take a walk around Hoi An ancient town for sightseeing andphotos. (B,L)Day 09: Hoi AnThis morning will start with a tour to Tra Que, a small village in the suburb of Hoi An,that known for growing the countrys best vegetables and herb. Joining with villagers andlearn how they grow vegetables there on the dry sand. Followed by a walk around thevillage, taking photos and then visit one of local home to learn about their life. In theafternoon your local chef will take you to the market to have introduction about and getcooking ingredients before the cooking class where he will impart the secret of somespecial Vietnamese dishes with the flavor of Hoi An. (B)Day 11: Hoi An – Flight to Nha TrangFree in the morning until time to get transfer to Da Nang for flight to Nha Trang. Getpicked up and then transfer to Nha Trang city. Enjoy the lush and evergreen scenery of themost fertile land in the country. Take a boat cruise on Mekong River, visit orchard gardenand taste local fruits freshly picked from trees then visit some local cottage industry.Lunch is served with local specialties in a fresh garden before you take a sit on sampanfor rowing to explore the mangroves of the Mekong Delta along meandering rivers.Boarding the big boat to get back to the harbor then bus drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.A farewell dinner will be organized this evening and it is the time to summarize theexperience of the whole trip.
