It can be seen that most activities occurred in
Quadrant III, it has the highest percentage out
of all the other quadrants.
3. QUADRANT 1 ANALYSIS
In this quadrant, ef fective use of time was spent doing critical
projects and assignments.
Although this quadrant has the second to least percentage of
time management, it has helped form better time
management skills to get tasks done on time and ef fectively.
It has improved time management skills and has given a
productive way or finishing assigbments
4. QUADRANT II ANALYSIS
The second highest percentage was in Quadrant II, it had
30.30%.
A majority of the time spent in these activities were used
ef fectively.
Many homework assignments and projects were ef fectively
finished.
Planning out work for the day was one of the activities
included in this quadrant.
This quadrant has helped create a better time management
schedule and better organization skills.
5. QUADRANT III ANALYSIS
Most of the activities were spent in Quadrant III.
These activities fall under not important/urgent.
Several distractions occurred in these activities.
Homework distractions and friend distractions are included in
this quadrant.
6. QUADRANT IV ANALYSIS
This quadrant only had 3.03% which is pretty well for time
management.
In this quadrant, it falls under Not Important/Urgent.
There was not much time spent in this quadrant because
there were other activities that had more priorities than
leisure activities.
7. COMPARISON OF QUADRANTS
Most of the activities spent should have been spent in
Quadrant II.
There were a couple of distractions while doing some
assignments.
Under Quadrant IV, it is stated that is an escape from
responsibilities and although there was some distraction, the
assignments were still able to be completed, therefore it
would fall under Quadrant III.
I would like most of my time management to be mostly in
Quadrant II.
Quadrant II illustrates what an ef fective time management
person should resemble.
8. STRENGTHS VS. WEAKNESSES
Some strengths include, determining the majority of my
important tasks.
Prioritizing my tasks.
Keeping everything organized.
Save the best time for important tasks.
Setting deadlines.
Reach closure on at least one thing every day.
Schedule personal time.
9. STRENGTHS VS. WEAKNESSES
Some weaknesses include making a list of things to perform
each day.
Doing several things simultaneously.
Keep track of time use
Continually worrying.
10. CONCLUSION
Overall, I would love to make a more ef ficient use of my time.
Time management is crucially important, not just in the
business world but in every day life.
Learning to take on several tasks at once is not a good idea
because it causes a loss of focus.
Improving time management skills will help people become
better at performing daily activities.
An ef fective use of time management will not only help
organization skills and planning but it will help create one
more ef ficient person at a time.
