  6. 6. Working Conditions<br /> The working conditions for underwater welding are very dangerous. There are several dangers that you have to be aware of and you have to be trained in.<br />
  7. 7. Job Outlook<br /> According to the BLS, www.bls.gov, the occupation of welder is projected to grow more slowly than the average occupation; the projections go through the year 2014. The average welder earned $14.71/hour in 2004.<br />
