3. 3.Beat curd, butter and sugar, till fluffy and
creamy. Mix sieved flour mixture with
beaten sugar mixture. Addmilk and mix
itgradually.
4.Pour cake batter in the greased
microwave safe cake dish. Microwave for 7-
8 min. at 60% power. Thenmicrowave at
100% for 1 minute.
5. TIPS:
Always fill the cake dish to 3/4 to allow space for
cake to rise.
Do not cover while microwaving a cake.
The microwaved cake may appear wet and undone
when removed from the microwave. Allow to stand for
five min. It will turn dry on standing.
Always remember to grease the base of the microwave
properly otherwise the chocolate cake has chances of
sticking onto the inside of the microwave.
