• Brave attitude makes always the difference independently from the age, that it’s
more linked to innovation and mentoring/expertise brought by young/junior and
senior professionals respectively
• Executives should secure the ecosystem required for teams to execute
• IT Leaders – Society – Organizations – Employees: all of that is people and them
all want to embrace tech advantages but don’t know how they can do so
• Teams’ strategy means allowing employees connecting to each other
• Soft skills (attitude) validation vs. hard skills in CVs:
• Being flexible, autonomous and not afraid of failure
• Joy of learning and appetite/willing to ask and get new info/ideas
• Attention time is what it’s key as well as combining biz, tech and analytics
skills/expertise

Good Practices
• Focus on small data (i.e. feedback and learnings management) is what will make
the difference
• Understanding what AI is and what it’s not is key to really differentiate where
there is cognitive analytics and when there is only data management
• Customer journey doesn’t start online but offline and so that online success
depends on offline excellence building all together close interconnected networks
of trust
• Content in context vs. advertising so there is more about story and less about
telling
• Selling to the gut to justify the head
• Spontaneity by design should be generated to manage chaos
• Sight, sound and motion to create emotion

Technology Hints
• Hubs isolate from operations to work at two rhythms allowing migration
based on results convincing leaders and employees
• Every feature released but that it’s not used, doesn’t add value and so that
it’s only cost
• From SW release to continuous deployment through continuous
integration of very small changes based on continuous analysis of
customers’ feedback/needs
• Environments should be automatically created and destroyed, instead of
updating existing ones, to optimize Dev Ops costs thanks to easing traffic
migration and version rollback operations
• Serverless computing could make a big difference in terms of easing the
launch of new products and services
