3. Ingredients
• 2 ¼ c. flour
• ¾ tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 4 tsp. baking powder
• 1/3 c. cold butter
• 1 c. milk
4. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar
together in a large mixing bowl.
