  4. 4. Compliant ● Dislike their job, but not necessary vocal about it ● Do the bare minimum ● Only work to get paid ● Avoid additional tasks or projects ● Dislike disruptive change ● Have passion for things outside of work
  5. 5. Subversive ● Deeply HATE their job and tells everyone frequently ● Actively sabotages or undermines the work of engaged employees ● Very little regard for management ● Uses many tactics (usually politics) to subvert any change
