Compelling reason why you? Unique to You? Something other candidates don’t have. 3 - New client traction can you bring? BD/Sales track record, identifying opportunities and prospects, leading bids, realising bids and then delivering. 4 - Bus Dev/Sales Track Record vs Utilisation. E.g. 2011 – Sales vs Actual, 2010 – Sales vs Actual, 5 - Spilt between BD/Sales and Utilisation e.g. 50% Sales, 50% Utlilisation 6 - Leadership Style – growing a Programme, motivating teams, training, QC’ing a consulting Team, Reputation, Communitys, Branding, raising profile/awareness – like a flagship. 7 - Track Record of Success. Delivery & P&L.
