Using a blend of Lean UX practices and Agile
iteration planning we will take a product
through the user journey, identify key touch
points and their contexts, and gain insights
into the integration points for each device.
Attendees will learn a framework for mapping
services across situations. They will also leave
with techniques to take the resulting map and
translate it into an actionable and testable
release plan for multiple devices. These
exercises and resulting conversations create
shared understanding between the entire
product team on features needed within each
component of the overall product architecture.
