Urmează cele 30 de lucruri practice
1. Social ad-urile non branded funcționeazămai bine decâtcele branded (nu e o regulă)
2. Succesul nu se măsoară (neapărat)în Like-uri, dar Like-urilesuntrelevante
Obiective în comunicare Informative Emoţionale Comportamentale
Tipuri de like-uri Like = am aflatdespre Like = mi-a plăcut (sau mi-a creat o anumită stare, reacţie) Like = am dat Like (pentru că aş putea să câştig un premiu)
Like-ul de tip “am dat Like” nu e decât o măsură intermediară pentru un obiectiv pe termen lung. Există acel obiectiv?
3. Nu cereți ALLOW la începutulaplicației (nu de alta, dar nu e nevoie)
4. Nu funcționează “mecanismele de aplicaţii”, ci adevăruriledespreconsumator

24. Gândeşte-te la reacţia prietenilor participanţilor
25. Nu urmări numărul de fani, ci numărul de afişări pe care le face un post
26. Buton de call to action pe home page-ulaplicației
27. Pune call to action la post-urilepe care le generațipe Wall-urileparticipanților
28. TrimiteaplicațiaînDirectorul de Applicațiidacăvreisă fie găsităușor ulterior (la căutare)
29. Componenta comercială trebuie legată de conceptul aplicaţiei
