After the name gets approved by
Registrar, then, file Form 5 for Notice of
Change in Name
Execute Supplemental Agreement for
Change in Name of LLP Agreement
Inform the Registrar for Changes made
in LLP Agreement through Supplemental
Agreement through Form 3
