  3. 3. Import of raw data in to InfoZoom, e.g. CSV file o Text files, Excel spreadsheets or ODBC date sources can also be loaded in to InfoZoom (depending on the InfoZoom version) Step 1 3
  4. 4. Check formats: • InfoZoom recognized and highlights automatically attributes, which do not contain clear value formats. Step 2 4
  5. 5. Create attribute groups: • Attribute groups can be created to summarize the attributes logically within different groups. • It is useful to create a separate group for the formulas and analysis cubes to divide the analysis area from the raw data. Step 3 5
  6. 6. Save template: • After checking the formats, creating attribute groups, formulas and analysis cubes, the InfoZoom file can be saved as template (file type *.fot). Step 4 6
  7. 7. Configuration: • The data source of the template can always be checked and changed in the configuration. Step 5 7
  8. 8. Reload (F5): • The raw data saved within the template‘s configuration can be loaded into the open template via the „Reload“ function, unless the raw data was deleted or the file path has changed. Step 6 8
