  11. 11. The spirit of Gotong Royong! <ul><li>Gotong-royong is working together to get a job done. </li></ul><ul><li>We practice gotong royong everywhere! In schools, in the neighbourhood and also at work. </li></ul><ul><li>We do gotong-royong with families and friends and even strangers! It’s is for a common purpose, where the benefits are be shared by all. </li></ul>

Favourite pastime <ul><li>These pastimes used to be famous among the Malays but now it is also seen among the other races in Malaysia. </li></ul><ul><li>Some of the pastimes featured may have some similarities with another from a different culture, this is because it may have been passed down from older generations to the younger ones. </li></ul>
