WESTERN DIETCaracteristics:-They cook with butter.-In their diet they include lots ofsaturated greasies, fried food, redmeat, eggs, sweets, salt, fast food,...-Their diet caused obesity, cancer,arterial pressure.-It’s a diet with high greasy.
