  4. 4. 9.6 million registered voters risk DISENFRANCHISEMENT if they fail to have their BIOMETRICS taken before NOVEMBER 1, 2015. An estimated 3 million individuals have turned 18 since the last registration period, in 2013. Voter Registration resumes on May 6, 2014 and will end on October 31, 2015 – a period of a little over 17 months.
  5. 5. TARLAC: A biometrics clinic for the IP community (Aetas) STEP-OFF: The launch event coincides with the start of #VoterReg2014 MAJOR EVEN KILOMETER ZERO: A biometrics clinic, with special focus on PWDs
  6. 6. Meeting people face to face, we emphasize the deeply personal nature of the vote and underscore its value to each and every individual – whether already a voter, or belonging to a generation that will inevitably live with the consequences of the choices their elders make.

  8. 8. As we travel the length of the largest island of the Philippines , we will be sending images to the rest of the country through media, both mainstream and social. In doing so, we underscore for voters in other parts of the country what is truly at stake in every elections, beyond the mere thrill of picking the winning side.
