Our Portfolio Management Service Investments are consolidated on one trading platform providing clarity, simplicity and reduced paperwork We advise on investments within various tax wrappers like ISA’s, pensions, offshore bonds etc First meeting is free Funds are held by one of the largest custodians - Pershing Securities Limited (subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation) Consolidated tax vouchers are provided

  6. 6. Fee Structure What does the client pay? 1. Our fee – Investment management charges (covering our advice) up to 1% pa (no VAT on top) 2. Other charges – Passive portfolio charges on average of up to 0.45% pa* – Active fund charges are higher – Small trading platform charge of 0.15% pa *Legal and General passive fund generally speaking has an AMC of 0.75% for retail clients compared to around 0.2% for institutional funds
