This requires the ability to look inside yourself and deal with your own feelings and motives. <br />To be effective, experiences must be related to your strengths, shortcomings and defenses. <br />Successful leaders know themselves. <br />Self-knowledge comes from seeking feedback from others, reflecting on what you are doing, and being honest with yourself.<br />

Register the PLU in STI-PD<br />Do not list each activity for the PLU in STI-PD<br />Select session for the year you are completing the PLU that is within your certification cycle<br />Each certificate holder is responsible to ensure their STI-PD record is correct and up-to-date<br />Do not wait for certificate renewal time to check STI-PD record<br />Call CLAS with any questions or concerns<br />STI-PD<br />
