2. GENERAL PERCEPTION ON WEALTH AND WHICH
IS NOT TRUE..

General perception on wealth is how much we
earn monthly, luxury consuming of brands,
house we live and the way we live.

3. THE TRUTH DEFINE OF WEALTH

It is actually how long we can sustain our
lifestyle if we stop working. The longer we go on
without working, the richer you actually are.

4. THE 4 LEVEL OF WEALTH
In order to achieve a more comfortable live,
there are basically 4 levels of wealth that you
need to attain:
 i) Level 1Financial Stability
 ii) Level 2Financial Security
 iii) Level 3Financial Freedom
 iv) Level 4Financial Abundance


5. FINANCIAL STABILITY (FS)
You have achieved it when:
 i) Sufficient liquid assets to cover current
expenses for a minimum of 6 months.
 ii) Life and hospitalization insurance to cover
you & family in case you are sick or death.
 When you had attained this level, you will have
peace of mind if unexpected challenges
happened.
 This is the TIME where you can quit your job
and start on you own.


6. FINANCIAL SECURITY (FSE)
You have achieved it when:
 i) You had invested TIME, MONEY & IDEAS
resulting a Positive Cash Flow Assets until:
 “ Passive income able to cover MOST BASIC
expenses.” which means:
 ii) The more you work, the income will be
channeled towards investments, assets and
increase income streams.
 Example of basic expenses: Mortgage or Food


7. FINANCIAL FREEDOM (FF)
You have achieved it when:
 i) Your investment of time, money & ideas brings
you Positive Cash Flow Assets which brings you
enough passive income to sustain your CURRENT
LIFESTYLE.
 At this level, you can choose to stop working but
still maintain your standard current living.
 However, the more expenses you have now, it take
you longer time to achieve financial freedom.


8. FINANCIAL ABUNDANCE (FA)
You have achieved it when:
 i. Sufficient income to sustain your DESIRED
LIFESTYLE.
 “The more luxurious, the longer for you to achieve
FA.”
 Most of the people at this level, they works for
passion and channeling most of the income to
charity.

