Technology  trends  Instead  of  one  or  several  big  customized  systems  a  number  of  standard  highly  parameterized  packaged  and  components  Ø  IT  systems  architecture:  §  Packages,  modules  and  components;  §  SOA,  web  services;  §  Enterprise  Service  Bus  (ESB);  §  Messaging:  synchronous  and  asynchronous;  Ø  Delivery  channels:  §  Internet-­‐  and  mobile-­‐  banking  for  individuals;  §  Self-­‐service  devices;

Challenges  The  main  challenge  is  to  be  prepared  with  skilled  people  which  is  able  to  implement  new  technology  Ø  Approach  in  implementaCon  mix  (old  and  new)  architecture  ;  Ø  Knowledge  in  parameterizaCon  standard  packages;  Ø  Business  process  management  tools;  Ø  Efforts  in  interface  development  instead  of  soXware  customizaCon;  Ø  ApplicaCon  development  for  mobile  devices
