  • I try to devote every single spare hour to my exercises, both at home and at work, plus I go to the gym at the weekends, so I can say it takes a great part of my life. As years go by it becomes just a necessity, though more problems may appear here. I mean I'm getting really worried about my heart, so my coach advised me to use special devices to check my heart rate while doing exercises. So now my heart is under the guidance of BeetsBlu heart rate monitor.
